The agent build ($2,500–$6,000 one-time) gives you the tool to run Reddit outreach yourself — you review and approve comments daily. The Growth System (managed) builds the same agent AND runs it for you monthly — you receive leads, you do not manage the agent. The agent build fits founders who want to learn Reddit themselves; the managed system fits founders who want results without the time commitment. The agent build's setup fee credits 100% toward the first month of managed retainer if you convert paths within 30 days.

Setup fee: $1,500 one-time (covers custom agent build, subreddit research, account warming, lead tracking infrastructure). Monthly retainer: starting at $1,800/mo for basic engagements (10–15 subreddits, 2 accounts, 1 brand). Typical: $2,200–$2,800/mo. Premium ($3,000–$3,500/mo) for 25+ subreddits, 3+ accounts, multi-brand or aggressive lead volume targets. Multi-brand agency engagements custom-quoted.

Realistic ranges by category. B2B SaaS / technical tools: 10–30 high-intent leads/month. Supplement, health, biohacking ecommerce: 30–60 leads/month. General consumer DTC: 15–40 leads/month (lower fit). Multi-brand or aggressive expansion engagements: 60–120 leads/month aggregated. Volume ramps from month 2 onwards as account karma and subreddit context compound.

3 months minimum. Reddit growth depends on time-compounding effects (karma, community recognition, subreddit context) that need 60+ days to mature. Below 3 months, the retainer cannot deliver the results both parties expect. After month 3, retainer continues month-to-month with 30 days written notice to pause or end.

Better — saves the account warming step. I evaluate your existing accounts (karma history, subreddit participation, posting patterns) during setup. If accounts have clean history with active karma, we use them directly; this can drop the setup fee from $1,500 to $800. If accounts have any shadowban or warning flags, we typically supplement with new warmed accounts. I will assess this during the discovery call.

Yes. Many supplement, gift, and seasonal ecommerce clients pause for 2–4 months during off-season. The retainer can pause with 30 days notice; accounts continue passive participation during pause to maintain karma; full operations resume on agreed restart date. Pause fee: $300/month during pause periods to keep accounts active. Much cheaper than starting from cold each season.

Three layers of tracking. First, comment-to-click tracking via custom URLs in approved promotional comments (the 20% of 80/20 ratio). Second, lead source self-identification at signup ('How did you hear about us?' field). Third, monthly attribution review correlating lead volume with subreddit posting patterns.
